Shipping is free worldwide and is always done with a tracking number.

All items are shipped in a period of 3 to 5 working days.

Please bear in mind that shipments from Belgium to destinations outside of Europe can take up to three weeks to arrive.

If an item would be damaged or lost in shipping I will do a full refund if contacted within a month after date of purchase. For damaged goods I will ask for a picture of the damaged item.
